Wonderful and amazing staff. I am so grateful to everyone there- they called an ambulance while my daughter was there having trouble breathing. I got lost following the ambulance to the hospital and called them for directions/confirmation- I was a mess, and they were so calm and helpful. Everyone there from the front desk, nurse and doctor are just wonderful and I am so grateful to them.

We went in and were the only patients in the whole place, which was awesome. Intake was quick and easy, and got seen by the nurse shortly after completion. Testing of my child was easy (although I wasn’t happy with delayed testing results when an earlier administration of antibiotics would have been beneficial). Doctor was very kind and helpful, answering my child’s questions. I’d go back again.

As you walk in you’re greeted with kindness. The establishment is a clean office space, with great staff. From the receptionist, nurse, and even the doctor, they were all helpful, patient, and made by experience extremely comforting. After the visit was over they gave stickers to my child, as well as giving an ice pop to my baby and even gave me one as well. When the nurse was checking on vitals for my child she was very patient and didn’t want to disturb my sleeping child, which is something I really appreciated. When the doctor came in and had to check my child’s ears and etc, my daughter was uneasy but the doctor was patient, gentle, and kept reassuring my daughter to make her feel comfortable. Im grateful and very appreciative.

Such a pleasant experience. My son is always a lil apprehensive when having to visit the Dr. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist, we waited only a moment or too. Nurse came in & took vitals. No problem at all. The Dr., he was next level fantastic. Super chill & made my son laugh almost instantly. He was actually able to examine my son, when other dr.s didn’t have the same luck in past visits.
At the end we got a negative strep test & all was right in the universe again. Upon exiting we were gifted some stickers & an ice pop!

I travelled to Piscataway New Jersey just recently with my kid and I learned something interesting. My kid got some sores in his eyes, and I got panicked. I have two options: go to the hospital or go to somewhere less scary.
I passed across the Piscataway streets and I saw an Urgent Care in 1060 Stelton Road, Piscataway NJ 08854 and I saw a staff who is quite coool. I just laughed because he is funny but going back to my kid I decided to stay instead of going to an Emergency Room. The point? I felt easy and comfortable inside the Urgent Care in Piscataway which is exact opposite of an Emergency Care wherein all might be in panic whatsoever (that might be the reason it is called emergency lol)
Meanwhile, my kid got treated and found a new friend in that Urgent Care. The difference between Urgent Care and ER in my experience is the feelings I felt when I entered the premises. I think Kinder Pediatric Urgent Care is the best there in Piscataway.

I just got home from Kinder Pediatrics. The entire staff I saw today was extremely friendly and understanding. I am 21 and they still took me in, 40 minutes before close. This meant so much to me since I am very sick and no where else was open. As someone who has worked with kids my entire life, I highly recommend this brand new location to you and your children. I have been coming to this Pediatric Urgent care since 2020 and my kids have been seen by various providers, the most common Dr. Amy John and today we saw Dr Alexander Materna, the physicians have always been very professional, their physical assessment always been very thorough and their medical management has been accurate. Sometimes the wait has been a little long but that’s when the peak of viruses are high and every medical facility is in high demand (totally understandable), but for the majority of my visits the wait time has been reasonable. The nurses have always been respectful and kind towards my kids. I highly recommend this pediatric urgent care facility, it’s clean and the staff is well-trained.

We had a great experience at Kinder Pediatric. The check-in process was quick and easy, and made for less contact and swapping of items which was nice. Dr. Flores was easy-going and friendly and made my son feel comfortable even though he was in pain. He joked with my son and spoke plainly with us, while still maintaining professionalism and making sure we knew what steps to take with our son. The appointment was quick but not rushed at all, very efficient and helpful. I would have no problem recommending this office to friends and family.

This is my favorite Urgent care. I find the pediatricians here more caring and realistic about childhood illnesses than my own pediatrician. They don’t push excessive medication and I always enter worried but leave resolved and confident that my children will be ok.

I had left the review below about a year ago but felt the need to update. Took my daughter in due a fever that spiked up to 102.8 with sore throat and cough. When we arrived there were 2 other patients ahead of us. We were in the waiting room for 2 hours. 2 patients that came in after us went in before us, making it 4 patients ahead of us. When we finally got in the exam room the nurse tested for step and flu then we waited another 30 mins for the rapid results. Once the doctor graced us with her presence (tall strawberry blonde) she annoyed me right away. Talking to my daughter as if she was her mother, telling her no electronics! If you can stare at your tablet you can go to school. It was Saturday evening, and my daughter was in school all week so for her to speak to my daughter in a reprimanding voice, telling her what can and can’t do was rude and unsolicited. Stick to your job as the doctor and leave the parenting to me.

This is a great location with high quality of pediatric care and service, 24/7 annually. If you are urgent for the urgent care, please try to come in at 10am as their opening time, less than 15 mins wait and cozy relaxed waiting area. Parents hate to bring kids here but they offer great service if you plan well ahead. Good luck to all kids and being away from illness.

Visited the Totowa location today with my daughter, who had a sore throat/fever and our pediatrician’s office was closed. My daughter had much anxiety about a strep test. Nurse Tyler was amazing with explaining the procedure and how he was going to do the test and assuring my daughter he would not hurt her. He was so patient with my daughter. Dr. John was fantastic with my young daughter as well. Check in process was efficient, we were taken into a room right away and seen quickly. In and out in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend visiting if you need care for your child.

This was the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. They were quick, kind, attentive, sanitary and smart. The nurse, Destiny, had an excellent bedside manner and did a great job being patient with my little guy and even got him to take his blood pressure- no one has ever been successful with doing that without a fight. The doctor, Dr. Cynthia, was also excellent. She has a great sense of humor. She was patient and we didn’t feel rushed. She knew we were visiting from out of town and instead of having us go to a pharmacy we weren’t familiar with, she offered us medicine she had in the office and I was able to give my son a dose right there. They were so understanding and generous. They completely went the extra mile to make what was clearly a stressful trip, much more manageable. Thank you Kinder Care team. I wish you had an office in our town!

This is by far one of the best pediatric offices I’ve been to for my kids, not even mentioning an urgent care!! The staff and doctors are sooo passionate and kind- they talk to the kids directly to involve them and dissolve their fears. From the check-in to leaving everyone is super courteous and thorough. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!
The staff and pediatrician were all really kind. The communication was good, especially for me as a first time parent who needs thorough explanations and instructions. Dr John didn’t leave the exam room until she knew we had all of our questions answered. Not a long wait, everything is nice and clean and new. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We came around 6:30 pm and our pharmacy closed at 7 pm and they sent the prescription to a 24 hours pharmacy so we could get the medicine immediately. It was really a great experience.

Beautiful place but even better nice people ❤️ my baby got there with fever and they gave him Motrin right away (they asked me before doing it lol) and it was so fast! Definitely coming back if I need to🙏🏼
The staff was wonderful! From the lady that the front desk to the nurses and doctors my experience was amazing. I appreciate the nurse taking the time to engage with my child. He was nervous and broad one of his stuffed animals and the nurse took the time to give his stuffed animal a check up to make him feel more comfortable. I feel like he went above and beyond to make this experience as easy as possible. The doctor was incredibly insightful and kind. He answered all of my questions and really took the time to listen to me. I will definitely be coming back here regularly.

Everyone there was nice and friendly. They made my baby feel really comfortable and made sure I understood everything that was going on.
Very organized, efficient, clean, and fast. We were greeted so cheerfully and felt so welcomed by the receptionist. Dr. Quiñones was fantastic with my child, as was the x-ray technician! Thank you! Highly recommend. 😊

Reliable and Straight to the point.
I went to Urgent Care with my son last week and Julie the receptionist was amazing and so helpful as well as Zeshan the medical assistant . He made my son feel very comfortable and welcomed and Dr. Quinones answered all my questions and was very kind. I had to bring my 2 year old daughter in today for similar symptoms and Maria the receptionist was very kind and welcoming, helped me with the registration process, medical assistants Emily and Thandi were super friendly and made the visit go by very smooth. Dr Materna was also great,he was very informative and took good care of my daughter. I would definitely recommend this Pediatric Urgent Care.
This place has been so great for my son. We have come here since December and every visit is pleasant. Yesterday we were given top tier treatment . Zeshan is such a pleasant nurse he is so nice !! . The doctor we were seen by was Dr. Q, he was very informative and patient and answered all my son’s questions. We will definitely be back if any other sicknesses arise.
The experience at Kinder Pediatric Urgent care was great.
Always is good service ,specially when you cant get appoiment with the regular doctor, kinder pediatric is a good option the provide fast and good attention when my kids are sick.

Very Polite and friendly Staff every time my baby went there. The Doctor was quick with seeing us she was patient and informative.
We were seen right away. The nurses were kind. When the rapid strep came back nearing the closing time of the pharmacy they were able to give him the first dose in office so I could pick up the meds the following day. I’ve only had good experiences – both in Union and Woodbridge

Brought my son here the other day and it was a great experience! Was welcomed kindly by a receptionist named Jacqueline and it felt really inviting. The doctor on the other hand was also really kind and took good care of my son. Overall it was a great clinic. 10/10
