The Kinder Pediatric team of dedicated board-certified pediatric specialists are passionate about providing young patients with the immediate, high quality level of medical care they need. Our walk-in clinics are complete with state-of-the-art laboratory facilities and equipment, including high-speed digital x-ray. Our opening hours provide parents with the flexibility and convenience of taking their children to a medical facility for urgent medical care for a wide variety of illnesses such as asthma, infections, fever, fractures, pain, etc. Our staff pride themselves on the utmost care and bed side manners. Children with emergency and life-threatening conditions, however, should visit the emergency room.

“We had a great experience! Not only were we in and out in 30 min, the staff was friendly, organized and seemed to really care about their patients. We took my son to see them on a Saturday afternoon. We didn’t think his arm was broken, but better safe than sorry! The dr took us almost immediately in case they needed an X-ray tech (tech was on-call, 15 min away). Turns out his elbow was dislocated. The dr fixed him right up in no time! Most (maybe all – my husband filled it out) of the paperwork we submitted online. It was great that this office prioritized my 14 mo old son first and the annoying (but necessary) paperwork 2nd. He was all smiles by the time we left.

This office is definitely geared towards kids — has toys, a movie on and stickers (what kid doesn’t love stickers?!). Hopefully we won’t have to visit any time soon, but with an adventurous, curious little boy I know where we’d take him if his regular dr isn’t available.”

The care from the front desk clerk nurses assistant, Nurse and Dr was all wonderful. I would highly recommend them for a minor emergency over an ER visit if your pediatrician is unavailable.”

“We visited Kinder Pediatric on a Saturday afternoon about 3 hours before we had to be in NYC for a dinner because my 3 1/2 yr old son had an ankle injury. (I didn’t even want to think about trying the ER, as the injury didn’t seem that extreme. And our doctor is far from where we live) The facility is brand new and we registered quickly via a tablet. We even payed the copay through it. Very easy and quick. Flat tv’s are everywhere including every room…with 20 choices of movies for the kids to be distracted with. The doctors/nurses were thorough, as was the x-ray tech (who also gave us fresh picked apples!). My son acted as though the injury didn’t even happen. When he did react, the doctor was great at seeing this and took different approaches. We were practically in and out and were hardly even late for dinner. I highly recommend KPUC and will definitely be back (but hopefully not too soon!)”

“My son twisted his arm in the day care. Took him to Kinder Pediatric Urgent care at 10:00 pm. He was seen promptly by an RN and MD. The Doctor was very professional and personable. She answered all questions and was in NO RUSH. Doctor also gave my son his favorite stickers McQueen. He loves it ! X-Ray tech did an excellent job. During the wait time the staff put his favorite cartoon movie to keep him occupied. Fabulous first experience. No wait time, clean facility, the doctor and the staff was wonderful. My son went in with pain and came back with a smile on his face. I would highly recommend this place.”

“The staff is top notch! We came in on a Saturday evening after our pediatrician’s office was closed, suspecting our son to have pink eye. Our primary doctor refused to give authorization for the staff to see him (necessary with our type of health insurance). Despite the runaround, KPUC agreed to see our son, diagnose him, and called in a prescription. They were not going to let us walk out of there, subject to the ER or a 48 hour wait until the doctor returned to his office on Monday. Instead, they made sure our son was taken care of and received what he needed to get better. I will certainly return here as needed and highly recommend them to anyone who needs care after hours!”
