COLLECTION OF ‘YOUR INFORMATION’
‘Your Information’ is in three parts; your personal information, sensor data and traffic data. These put together forms “your information.”
Personal Information: To use our online services, we need to collect your personal information as well as contact information to make use of it. We don’t just collect any information but one that relates to the context of the conversation. Certain interactions like the use of some of our online services require you to provide information such as your name, email or other contact information. If you are registering for a particular group or program, we might need you to provide your date of birth, gender, health status, occupation and phone numbers. If you are to use the online bills payment portal, you need to provide your payment card details, if you are applying for an available job, you will have to provide a cover letter and resume.
Sensor Data: Our online services have features that may make use your device sensors such as microphone and camera. Once you grant our online service the permission to use these features on your device, we shall begin recording and shall stop as soon as you push the stop button in the user interface. The recorded data can only be used in accordance with the rules of the platform that govern the online services in use.
Traffic Data: Your web browser automatically sends some data to any site you visit. These data are non-personal data like your browser type, location, IP (Internet Protocol) address, date and time of visit. However, this information may be used to identify you as well as others who visit the site. A statistical representation of these data can be used to study the behavioral patterns of visitors to our website or those that use our online service.
USE AND DISCLOSURE
Grant you access to our online services after registering you: You will be asked for some information. When you provide these, we would register you and allow you use our online services to process whatever information you need. Take our ‘Save my Spot’ feature for an example. To use this feature you are to provide your personal information as well as your phone number. We will use your phone number to contact you via text messages where there is appointment updates. If you give permission for us to use sensor data, we would use information sent from your device to provide the needed service and also monitor our efficiency.
Pay your bills online: You have to grant our online services the access to use your name and card details to pay your bills online.
General improvement of our services: Your information may be able to help us review our service status and make improvements on them or create new services altogether. Your information such as phone numbers or email addresses may be a medium of interaction between us where we get your feedback on our services and take strides towards serving you better.
Miscellaneous: As much as the constitution permits, we can remove sensitive components of your data and use the remainder for different researches.
We are in compliance with the HIPAA rules and regulations and hence use your data to the allowed extent. However, we may only disclose your information if it is in response to a court order, government request or the law. We may also disclose your data if it means preserving the rights of our company (Kinder Pediatric Urgent Care), rights of our contractors or the general public. However, we reserve the right to hold back any information that may impede our rights when disclosed.
We (Kinder Pediatric Urgent Care) collect your data for us to easily serve you better. We do not intend to rent or sell your personal data that is with us without your consent. However, our third parties who provide us with the online services features would need your data to work with so we make it available to them as the law permits. However, if Kinder Pediatric Urgent Care merges with another company or is completely sold off, the buyer or other company will gain access to your data.

We ensure that we take necessary strides towards keeping your data safe but you must understand that we cannot guarantee 100% safety due to the presence of incorrigible and determined hackers. That is why we have switched to the encryption technology that allows only our employees access to your sensate data such as credit card details. We have set up administrative policies to ensure that whoever gets access to your data are those who are working on our behalf.
