Concerns you may report
- Patient privacy or information security.
- Civil-rights, nondiscrimination, language-access, or accessibility concerns.
- Billing, insurance, payment, or collection concerns.
- Suspected fraud, waste, abuse, conflicts of interest, or improper conduct.
- Patient safety or quality concerns.
How to report
Call 732-917-4454, email info@kinderpeds.com, or write to the Privacy Officer, KPUC LLC d/b/a Kinder Pediatric Urgent Care, 65 Route 1 South, Metuchen, NJ 08840. Provide enough detail to permit review, but do not send sensitive information through an unsecured general website form.
No retaliation
Kinder prohibits retaliation against a patient, family member, workforce member, or other person for raising a good-faith concern or participating in a review.
Privacy and follow-up
Reports are handled as privately as reasonably possible, consistent with investigation and legal obligations. Kinder may request additional information and may not be able to disclose confidential personnel or investigation details.
Other complaint rights
This process does not replace rights to contact a health plan, licensing board, New Jersey regulator, law-enforcement authority, or the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights.
