No Marburg Virus Outbreak in New Jersey. Marburg Virus causes severe, and often fatal hemorrhagic fever in humans and other primates from Egyptian rousette bats.
Marburg virus (MARV) and Ravn virus (RAVV) of the species Orthomarburgvirus marburgense are the causative agents of Marburg virus disease (MVD). The disease has a case fatality ratio of up to 88%, but it can be much lower with good and early patient care.
Both viruses are part of the Filoviridae family (filovirus) to which Orthoebolavirus genus belongs. Though caused by different viruses, Ebola and Marburg diseases are clinically similar. Both diseases are rare but have the capacity to cause outbreaks with high fatality rates. – WHO
No Marburg Virus Outbreak in New Jersey

New Jersey urges to report all cases REPORT CONFIRMED OR SUSPECT CASES IMMEDIATELY.
Suspected cases should be reported to the local health department where the patient resides. If patient residence is unknown, report to your own local health department.
Hence as of this writing there is no cases yet for this virus in NJ. If you want to know the cases in the other countries, you can check CDC.
Unfortunately, there is no vaccine yet for this so prevention is better than cure.
