Patient services
Registration, scheduling, portal, payment, and telemedicine tools may have additional terms and privacy notices. If these terms conflict with a patient-service agreement, the patient-service agreement controls for that service.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use site content unlawfully.
